Bonuses and promotional offers available on the 3636 jl Platform are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

• Engaging in any activity that the Operator reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its other users, or its operations.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any 3636 jl Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
2. Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
3. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the Operator;
4. Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against 3636 jl;
5. Determination that the Player is ineligible to hold an Account, including on grounds of age;
6. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
7. Instruction from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body;
8. Inactivity of the Account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon permanent closure for breach, any funds remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity, withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after applicable verification checks.

Players may request voluntary closure of their 3636 jl Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closures will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving a written request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity thereon shall be limited to the net deposited balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with:

• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security;
• Any technical malfunction, server error, or network interruption affecting gameplay;
• Any reliance on information, content, or promotions published on the Platform;
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes with the 3636 jl customer support team in the first instance. The Operator is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR or the relevant dispute resolution body under Philippine law.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the registered email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

The current effective version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Your continued use of the 3636 jl Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
